The Elemental Plane of Oil is a vast, endless ocean of oil, with islands and continents made of solidified petroleum. The inhabitants of the plane are primarily elementals, creatures made entirely of oil and other viscous substances. These elementals are highly intelligent and possess powerful magical abilities.
