Players may choose to spend a fate die on the following uses without the agreement of the rest of the party.&lt;br /&gt;
* Add 1d6 to any d20 roll _before_ rolling any dice&lt;br /&gt;
* Request a &amp;quot;rule of cool&amp;quot;. The exact number of dice required is up to DM discretion, and DMs retain the right to deny a request.&lt;br /&gt;
